The duration of the lesson is 55 minutes.

Lessons are held in any weather condition; in the event that an installation closes due to a breakdown or other reasons, the lessons will be moved to the functioning systems.

In case of cancellation, this must be received by the office by 12.00 on the day before the start of classes. The amount paid will be recovered in subsequent lessons subject to availability. In no case will the money be refunded. In the event that the lessons are canceled after 12.00 or on the same day, these will not be refunded.

Absence: in case of delay or absence on the part of the pupil at the fixed appointment, the lesson will not be refunded or made up.

Minors: in the case of lessons with children under the age of 18, they must be accompanied and taken back to the place of appointment by a parent or companion as long as they are of age.

Helmet: under 18, the use of a helmet is mandatory. However, its use is recommended for all ages!

Equipment: it is very important to be in possession of the appropriate equipment according to the level of the practitioner and that each component (skis / board, boots, poles …) is in good condition so as not to compromise safety.

Snow: nature has been particularly generous with Valtournenche, offering us almost constantly abundant snowfall so that we can allow us to open our doors at the end of November and close them at the end of April! But in the case of particularly dry seasons, the Valtournenche area has one of the best-performing artificial snow systems in Europe at its disposal. In any case, whether it is artificial or natural, the snow is never the same, the conditions change constantly and we will always be ready to advise you on the best approach based on the characteristics of the snowpack of the moment.
